SCQHA has been Proud to Sponsor a Queen to be an Ambassador to the Equine Community promoting SCQHA as a Friendly and Fun organization dedicated to community and support for ALL its members in and out of the Show Ring, whether new to AQHA or a seasoned competitor. We have had Congress Queen Winners, Top Five and Top Ten Overall finishers as well as Individual Contest Champions, and Top Ten Placers in the Test, Interview AND Horsemanship portions of the contest. We are sure 2026 will be an EXCITING year for you as a 2026 Queen Candidate and we are so glad to have you join us!

The SCQHA Queen contest will be held: Interview & Written Test: January 24, 2026 at the Awards Banquet and Annual Membership meeting at the Courtyard by Marriott- Downtown at USC, 630 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC 29201 and then the Horsemanship & Crowning: SCQHA Southern Gold Classic In Camden, SC
